PROGRAM PAYMENT INFORMATION

After being accepted you will be required to pay a 300 USD non-refundable deposit to confirm your place on the program. The deposit will be applied towards the full program fee.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

300 USD non-refundable deposit	3 weeks after acceptance
Full program fee	35 days before the program starts

Payments can be made by check, money order (American Express International money orders are also accepted), or by wire transfer.

Checks and money orders should be made out to Study Abroad Poland, Inc. and sent to the following address:

If payment is made by bank transfer, the participant is responsible for all bank fees and charges. Please contact us and we’ll send you our bank account information and instructions for sending the wire transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once accepted to a program, all cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is acceptable). A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to you by mail.

If a cancellation is made more than 14 days before the program all fees are refundable, except for the 300 USD non-refundable deposit.

If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the program starts, 90% of the fees are refundable.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE START OF THE PROGRAM.

Study Abroad Poland will not refund participants for unused housing, excursions, or other services included in the program fee.
